This policy explains which personal data we collect when you use sarmast.tr, why, and the rights you have under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

What we collect
The information you give us when you create an account, place an order or contact us: your name, email, phone number, delivery address, order history and any reviews or messages you send. Payment details are handled by our payment provider and are never stored by us.
Why we use it
To process and deliver your orders, send order and delivery updates, run your account, answer your questions, prevent fraud, meet our legal obligations (for example invoicing and record-keeping) and — only with your consent — send you news about Sarmast.
Who we share it with
Only with the service providers we need to run the shop: our payment provider, delivery companies, website hosting and email services. Some of these providers store data outside Türkiye; where they do, transfers are made in line with KVKK. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
For as long as your account is open and afterwards only as long as the law requires (for example tax records), after which it is deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of KVKK you may ask whether we process your data, request a copy, ask us to correct or delete it, object to processing, and claim compensation for unlawful processing. Email info@sarmast.tr — we reply within 30 days.
